'No confidence' in Welsh vice-chancellor

Lecturers at the University of Wales Institute in Cardiff have passed a vote of no confidence in their vice-chancellor, Tony Chapman.

The Natfhe vote went 93% to 7% against Mr Chapman on a 56% turnout. Staff are said to be unhappy with his leadership, particularly in relation to a potential merger.
