Man steals plane while drunk

Newsday reports on the case of 20-year-old Philippe Patricio, who is accused of stealing a four-seat Cessna plane and taking two friends on a middle-of-the-night joyride.

The plane landed successfully at Westchester County Airport, which was closed at the time.
