About The Rundown

About Us

The Rundown is a weird hybrid of student news website and blog, mashed in with elements of the traditional student newspaper and a liberal sprinkling of odd quirks. It is our aim to be a reliable and independent source of news for students, updated as frequently as possible, while nurturing student writing and journalistic talent.

We came together as a group of students at Hull University in the summer of 2004 in the form of Hull Media Limited, a company set up specifically to specialise in student media and marketing.
